Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye Sublimation printing uses special heat-sensitive dyes to print graphics onto special transfer paper. Sublimation ink is unique as it converts from a solid to a gas without going through liquid form. The conversion is initiated by heat and pressure, the high temperature - from a heat transfer press - opens pores of the polymer fabrics, allowing gases to enter. When the temperature drops, the pores close and the gas reverse to a solid state. The print then becomes infused in the polymer.

Sublimation printing can unleash the full potential of any design:

Artwork
We ask that all designs be sent in vector format where possible as this is the
easiest to work with. We are able to print photos and images; however, the
quality that goes in is the quality that comes out (highest resolution possible is
best).
Fonts and colours can be matched as near to, or you can use Patone + Solid
Coated chart to select design colours.
Please note that 100% accuracy of what is shown on screen is not always guaranteed due to difference
\between ink colours and pixels.

Manufacturing Time
All manufacturing takes 3-4 weeks after approval of design proof.
Caring for Garments
The garment should be washed separately in cold water, with no bleach or fabric softener and dried separately. When these garments are washed or dried with our products, zippers, Velcro, or even heavier fabrics, can cause the garment to pull or pic. If possible hang dry or dry separately on low to medium heat.
